Upgrade astro to v3

Upgraded astro to v3.

Addressing issue https://github.com/ageddesi/Mocked-API/issues/347

Note:

1. Astro V3 is not supported node@16. We need a version of node greater than 18.14.1 to accommodate this change.
2. As this website is not working now https://api.mocked-api.dev I have used mock data to replace the places where we need response from https://api.mocked-api.dev/docs.json
3. Please find below the screenshots of the Marketing Website after updating astro to v3.
