pre configured virtual machine is not accessible #1201

Description

The url for preconfigured Virtual machine 'http://ml.cdyne.com/Deep_Learning_Ubuntu_16.04_16-bit_2018_update.tar.gz' is not working which is mentioned in the face-recognition description.

What I Did

I tried to open the download link ''http://ml.cdyne.com/Deep_Learning_Ubuntu_16.04_16-bit_2018_update.tar.gz'' for vmware virtual machine given in 'https://medium.com/@ageitgey/try-deep-learning-in-python-now-with-a-fully-pre-configured-vm-1d97d4c3e9b' but the link is not accessible.

Please make the download accessible because it is really helpfull in using face-recognition api
