python3 setup.py install --yes USE_AVX_INSTRUCTIONS error

• Python version:3.6
• Operating System: ubuntu linux hello i followed this commands in this link but when it comes to the command : python3 setup.py install --yes USE_AVX_INSTRUCTIONS rawan@rawan:~/dlib$ python3 setup.py install --yes USE_AVX_INSTRUCTIONS

it gives me this error

installation directory is a system-owned directory, you may need to sign in
as the administrator or "root" account.  If you do not have administrative
access to this machine, you may wish to choose a different installation
directory, preferably one that is listed in your PYTHONPATH environment
variable.

Try this to run the command as root:

sudo python3 setup.py install --yes USE_AVX_INSTRUCTIONS rawan@rawan:~/dlib$ python3 setup.py install --yes USE_AVX_INSTRUCTIONS
