Support user's markdown syntax highlighting #385

change vimwiki/src/autoload/vimwiki/base.vim:490

    elseif &ft == 'vimwiki'

to

    elseif &ft =~ 'vimwiki'

and in .vimrc add the line:
autocmd FileType vimwiki setlocal filetype=markdown.vimwiki

this should be a feature request, pardon me not familiar with Google Codes
