add column density projection settings to UI #71

i added a few parameters that should go into the UI:

whether you should take the log before remapping to the colorbar
min and max values for the colorbar
what colormap to use

would be good to add something that changes what is accumulated (right now it's just a fixed value for each particle tuned to avoid saturating for a specific dataset).

should think about how to take advantage of g,b, and a channels as well. could be used for min/max to automatically scale the colormap or something (though that could be confusing).

should have a button to toggle it and I put it hooks to adjust the dynamic range (so a 2 handle slider) and whether to take the log afterwards or not so a checkbox for that

changing CDscale is a whole can of worms. let's address that later. merged in the change w.o. the CDscale 1 handle slider.
