Add rescue ActiveRecord::RecordNotFound with redirect and notice, for .find(params[:id]) controller actions

QA Notes and Testing
The rescue/redirects all have :notice messages, however, I believe @ShamiTomita has 'turned off' notifications on several views. So, the redirect works, but would only display the 'notice' if on a page with notifications 'turned-on' : )
