Ticket/Issue, What does this resolve?

This PR provides conference attendees the ability to add 'session' information to 'Google calendar' or 'iCal' from the Conference app.

Description

Add 'add_to_calendar' gem
Add method to the 'Talk' model to add dynamic attributes for calendar links
Add add_to_calendar links to the shared 'talks' partial
