Added integration tests for 'speakers', 'talks' and 'comments' resources

Description

Add integration tests for 'Speakers', 'Talks' and 'Comments' resources for authenticated and un-authenticated actions.
Clean up corresponding controllers, removing un-used actions and references
Modify 'Speakers' fixture file to include social media links
Add `before_action :authenticate_user! to 'comments' controller

QA Notes and Testing

Decided to do this in batches instead of all at once.
Still more integration tests to add
Also model tests
