Specify Swift 4.2 in podspecs #44

If not set, EllipticCurveKeyPair will be automatically set with the Swift version of the Xcode project. In my case Swift 5, and EllipticCurveKeyPair has not yet been migrated to Swift 5, so it fails to compile.
