Uploading Zipped Directories #141

When a user uploads a zipped directory, add an option to "unzip" upon uploading.

Could be implemented with unzip upon uploading or a modal that opens when you click on a zip file that allows for unzipping. The latter enables unzipping if the files did not come from the user (e.g. evo generated them)
