Added Google Cloud Support by adding matching flysystem adapter and extended config options.

Known bugs:

Php warning for fclose() when uploading asset (on line 100 in /modules/Cockpit/module/assets.php in cockpit)

I have not tested the existing solutions, so it might be adviceable to test them with the new dependencies
