Client API libraries #1234

Great project!

Want to get behind this and start to help out. So, from my end, I'm going to work on getting a Python API library out the door (already name squatting https://github.com/decentral1se/pycockpit and https://pypi.org/project/pycockpit/ :)).

I just wanted to check that

  1. there is not an "offical" python library already (save myself the work!)
  2. are there other "official" client libraries out there?
  3. shall we put a link to them on the site where it says "Choose your favorite language"?

@decentral1se There are no official libraries. So feel invited to create one :-)
