Form Entries are not sent to specified Email #1414

I'm trying to figure why the form entries are not being sent via email. The entries are getting saved but I can't receive them via email. I have filled out the email field in the form settings. I'm running cockpit on cPanel 92.0 (build 9) running on Apache Version 2.4.46. Am I missing a config step? or should I be looking for a problem with my stack.
