Export / Import Date Error

There seems to an issue when exporting and importing entries in cockpit.

If you create a new entry and export it, then when trying to import it will return invalid date for both created on modified. This happens when you:

• Export and Import Current Entries
• Import New Data with blank or filled date in the JSON
