Edit gtdimporter and add laneCountExtractor. Add information to SimulationEdge

Inconsistent map data (.osm). E.g. {surface=asphalt, lit=yes, name=Horáčkova, lanes=1, maxspeed=50, highway=residential, source:maxspeed=cz:urban, oneway=no}, tag lanes should be 2 (at minimum if twoway) or oneway=yes.
