Default output of App.main should include usage #18

The output of java -jar synthesis/target/synthesis.jar should be the help/usage message if no required args have been provided.

Fixed in 4614713. Prints below message if arguments are wrong

Usage: java -jar synthesis.jar <properties file> [Options]
This program generates the synthetic population for the specified Australian census SA2s in the properties file

Options:
   -p=BOOLEAN
       Set this flag to generate only the persons instances
