Add support for include directive #4

I'm not sure if this is an issue with Makefile::Parser or Makefile::GraphViz. If the former, I'll file the bug for that project instead.

My root Makefile is almost entirely includes so this tool can't do much for me right now! :disappointed:

I just found a note in Makefile::Parser's README saying that include is not yet supported: https://github.com/agentzh/makefile-parser-pm/blob/758b36a002a804dd65c5b53917154925dee700ad/README
