Data Transfer with Existing Blob Container #257

Description

As a dataspace participant, I want to use an existing Blob Storage destination container where the data should be transferred to, so that I have more control over the creation of storage containers.

Note: Data transfers for Azure Blob Storage currently only work for destination containers that are provisioned as part of the data transfer (see upstream issue).

Refinement: add corresponding story to add this functionality to the MVD.
