Initial MVD Deployment

Description

An initial deployment for the Minimum Viable Dataspace that can be deployed to an Azure subscription ~or to a local machine~ is required.

The goal is to have a first deployment of a dataspace authority and three dataspace participants.

There might be artifacts in the edc-showcase repository that could be reused.

A registration service will be provided by agera-edc/DataDashboardFork#14.

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] Components to be deployed are documented in the MVD Document
• [x] Validation whether the deployed components cover the required scenarios defined in the user stories defined by Paul
• [x] MVD components can be deployed to Azure
• ~MVD components can be deployed to a local machine~
• [x] The three default dataspace participants (i.e. their connectors) are registered with the registration service upon deployment
• ~Participants in addition to the three default participants can be deployed~
• [x] Documentation on how to deploy and get started with the MVD
• [x] Deployment can be performed based on step by step instructions without having deep technical expertise
