RegistrationService ADR Mentions X.509 Certificates #199

Description

The Registration Service ADR mentions X.509 certificates, while the JWK format is now used as per Participants onboarding ADR.

Proposed Fix

References to X.509 certificates should be removed from the Registration Service ADR, as certificates are defined by Participants onboarding ADR.
