What this PR changes/adds

Add IdsUrl Service to participant's did document jsons in terraform and in json files for system tests.
Modify refresh-catalog extension to resolve the FederatedCacheNode properties from Participant's did.
Unit tests

Why it does that

Participants registry in Registration Service will contain only participant's dids, no other information.

Further notes

Related PR in Registration Service that removed the idsUrl: https://github.com/agera-edc/RegistrationService/pull/18/files (will be merged after this PR)
