unicode error when debugging

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open rad2py, load ej_wsfev1.py
2. Debug step-by-step from pyafipws import WSAA
3. Exception will raice on pyafipws __init__.py after line 18

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
