Yes, the bug also occurs in DEMO and/or PRODUCTION

What actually happened?

When I cancel a new animal, the new animal form is not reset. Any edits I made before cancelling the new animal are still there when I try to add the next animal—even non-“sticky” properties like alternate tag and initial note.
