User Narrative(s)

As an affiliate user I expect all clients to show my owners in the same order.

Current Behavior

  1. All clients are sorting by alphabetically with case sensitivity

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Check sort order at owner selection

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Owners are sorted, case-insensitive, by first_name, then last_name, then email
