Update app “chrome” (app bar title, etc.) #300

User Narrative(s)

As a packer user, I want to see the packer name at the top of the main screen, so that I can verify (be reminded) the packer I am working for...

Current Behavior

  1. When a user with the packer group logs in the app bar's title is "AGEX Packer"

Acceptance Criteria

  1. When a packer user logs in the app bars title should be the name of the packer they are working for, for example "Morton Packing"
  2. We could also display the logged in user's display name as a subtitle in the app bar.
