Add “mixed” as a gender option in the sale wizard.

User Narrative(s): What kind of user(s) need this feature? Why do they want it?

Users with mixed loads who mistakenly select a gender cannot “unselect” it without deleting the entire sale.

@altemeier @joshpavlovich The title of the ticket points to adding a 'Mixed' option to the DropDown, but in the User Narrative, my reading points to "unselect - allow the user to remove the gender" once he had mistakenly selected a gender.

Should we add "Mixed" and also add an option to select "No Gender"? .... e

@eharo2 The ticket is describing deficiency in the current implementation, not having the 'Mixed' gender option. I believe the request is to add 'Mixed' as a gender option for cases when a sale has a mixed gender load.
