Spinners are something I'd like to support, though I don't have any with which to test. What spinners are you referring to that show up as mice? How do they move the cursor?
I have these ones for few years now and they are very high end (optical). Spinner spintraksmallcab.netThey do show up as a mouse when connected to the dock (same on a pc or even raspberry). However I did not try to make them move the cursor. Let me try that on the Amiga core to see how they are seen (I think either horizontal axis or vertical axis)Sent from a mobile device Le 10 mars 2024 à 18:01, Adam Gastineau @.***> a écrit : Spinners are something I'd like to support, though I don't have any with which to test. I’ve just tried it into the Amiga core and they react on the horizontal axis. So we would just need mouse support in your core and read the horizontal axis on both USB mice. Testing with two USB mice would be a way to easily replicate the spinner approach. If you need anything from me to test just feel free to ask. Hi Adam, Great work with Pong! Exactly the feeling as the original cocktail game. I was wondering if you thought about implementing a spinner support? These little babies can now be found in USB way and are recognised as mice by the dock. But your implementation does not support other control than a button but the paddle control. That would bring it to the exact original feeling. Many thanks for considering the idea! Philippe
