toString for '2010-09-26 00:02:35' shows up as "Sep 26 0:02 AM" #111

I tried this in Google Chrome 6.0.4. Am I doing something wrong?

Date.parse('2010-09-26 00:02:35').toString('MMM d h:mm tt');
"Sep 26 0:02 AM"
