Acceptance Criteria:

[x] Search bar has autocompletion for stocks within the S&P 500 Index.
[x] The entries in the search bar have a checkbox to add that stock to a particular list.
[x] Clicking checkbox triggers event

This will also contain the component AppBar which will be our top navigation

Finishing up CSS for the components and then should be good to have a pull request. Needing to make it more responsive.
