What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install on Jolicloud
2. works perfectly
3. fails after reboot
4. continues to fail even after reinstall

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I'd love it if it were reliable on Jolicloud

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

ADB gives an insufficient permission for device error when trying to forward 
upon 
subsequent, despite working the first time through.
