libcamera upgrade was backported to langdale in meta-oe: https://git.openembedded.org/meta-openembedded/commit/?h=langdale&id=29fa64fa2d951cd6465772c7e7702fa92c75c004 causing

ERROR: No recipes in default available for:
  meta-raspberrypi/dynamic-layers/multimedia-layer/recipes-multimedia/libcamera/libcamera.bbappend

Depends on https://github.com/agherzan/meta-raspberrypi/pull/1116 - I will rebase it when it lands.
