bluez5: update patches to apply on 5.66 version

• 0004-Move-the-43xx-firmware-into-lib-firmware.patch didn't apply and needed to be rebased maybe we should just set FIRMWARE_DIR in rpi builds instead of changing the default in the source, but I'll leave that to someone else
