Look for plymouth in the right location #54

Currently, this hook searches for plymouth in /bin, but it lives in /usr/bin.

@juliandemille in Arch and derivatives /bin is symlink to /usr/bin so the path should be compatible. In other distro like Debian the location is under /bin. If it doesn't create issues for you then I prefer to keep it as it is.
