Keep getting repeated timeout #72

I'm trying to enroll with ykfde-enroll -d /dev/sda2 -s 2

Around once a second I get a new 

Yubikey core error: timeout
   Remember to touch the device if necessary.

message, and the light on my yubikey goes on. I tap it and it continues to show the same output, and ~5 seconds later the light on my yubikey goes on again. Any ideas?

Fixed by running ykpersonalize -2 -ochal-resp -ochal-hmac -ohmac-lt64 -oserial-api-visible
