hide settings and profile pages as long as there is nothing in there #12

Let’s see how long we can do with good design and defaults instead of settings. ;)

Oh by the way – the »clear all friends and updates« button is in settings, but this is a really bad idea to expose to users. The individual friend remove functions are way better, that needs to be there for posts too.
