[Bug]: Re-Occurring Deluxe Retaining Soil Recipe #41

After purchasing the Deluxe Retaining Soil Recipe from the Island Trader for 50 Cinder Shards, if you talk to the trader again you can repurchase the recipe again and again. Has no benefit and you still own the recipe, but might trick players into believing they haven't purchased it yet.
