Data backups are not as useful as they could be #16

Backups from the Exist DB can be taken at regular intervals, but a neater solution might be to have the NUDS XML under version control in our institutional git repository (GitLab instance), to create new commits upon publishing items.

Or use the built-in existdb document revision versioning mechanism effectively.
