Now 2.10 and 2.11 artifacts are compatible with java 7 while 2.12 are compatible with java 8 onwards
Add JVM compatibility section into README.md
Remove local IJ codestyles commited by mistake
update .gitignore to ignore metals and bloop local files
add jdk: openjdk8 to travis otherwise build fails
