Extract service and profile names from docker-compose.yaml in mh #56

          Not sure if we can leverage this but (some of?) this info can also be extracted from the compose file, services using `docker compose -f docker-compose.yaml --profile '*' config --services` and profiles using `docker compose -f docker-compose.yaml config --profiles`
