Change profile selection to numbered menu #65

I'll leave this for you to merge, but I'm wondering about something. I had planned a future release to be mh up profile1-n so that you could run it with multiple profiles (as you pointed out, that will be important soon). How would this picker work when we support multiple profiles? Could it be something like 1,3,5? - it that a good idea?

Yeah, I had thought about that, too (though I wasn't sure how soon it would come up). I think numbering like that (1,3,5) would be fine (we could also do space-delimited), though perhaps I should try to implement that now before merging. Otherwise, I could create a new issue

Considering the existing script only allows for one profile, I'll merge this and open a new issue
