I've updated the CICD.md with findings to date. The /specifications/ecrMigration folder has an updated actions template that should work for all repo's. The ecr-compose.yaml file should be ready to go to replace the master docker-compose.yaml file. When we are ready to implement this change we will need to coordinate updates in all repo's - as well as the master docker-compose.yaml file used by mentorHub DE.
