Use human-readable names for delete commands #83

It worked fine for me, improved readability in the logs, but I had a lot of orphaned images with : "human readable" values - I'm not too worried about that, but wondering if we should do a docker image prune after each down?

I'll let you merge this when you are ready.

That was why I held off on merging it, though I could edit the command to include the --filter dangling=false option
