I updated the 'App Demo for iOS Swift' to be compatible with the latest Xcode 9 & Swift 4. ✌️

I'm going to close this because I have another PR coming that will update to Swift 4, it uses some of your changes as a base, but it also updates both of the included Swift demo projects (this PR only tackles one of the two). I do appreciate the effort here as your PR had helped me figure out one particularly change that needed to be made. Thank you for the work here!
