It would be great to have a way to configure the path of the actual hosts file that this plugin writes to.
For example it is much more comfortable (and works without sudo) to configure dnsmasq to read an additional file from a users directory which contains additional host definitions.
I am sure there are a few other ways to implement what /etc/hosts does without leaving user space, so it would be a good addition to this plugin to make the destination file configurable.
