Implement new organization name #86

We are discussing changing the name. If we change the name, then we need to:

[ ] Make the new GitHub Organization name.
[ ] Make the *.github.io repository name.
[ ] Edit the Docusaurus files to reflect the new name.
[ ] Buy the new domain name.
[ ] Make the new domain name point to the docusaurus site.

We could keep agilegardenclub.com and the public gardens around for a while.
