Site needs FAQ page. First thing we want on it is announcement policies.

From the how we do things doc:

Job Postings:
We welcome job postings that are of particular interest to AgilePDX members. That means job postings that are specifically about Agile development, that are posted by people who are directly involved in the Agile aspects of the job, and that are handcrafted for our community with an emphasis on discussing how the job is relevant to people on this list.  Recruiters are encouraged to use LinkedIn for job postings.
Advertisements
This includes classes and things like requests to participate in studies or masters degree research.  

- the offering must either take place near Portland or be presented by someone who is part of the Portland Agile community.
- it must be something that would be of interest to Portland agilists—typically, that means have an explicit relationship to "Agile done well," not just have the word "Agile" somewhere in the posting.
LInkedIn Group Job Posting Guard Rails
-        It needs to at least mention agile in some shape or form
-        It needs to be in the greater Portland area and / or in Oregon.
