flash streaming if watching videos in the browser #10

detect if the user is on an iphone/mobie vs web browser.
if they're using a normal web browser, let them stream media through something 
like http://flowplayer.org/ instead of just direct access to the file. It'd be 
a cleaner/simpler streaming 
option imo.

also provide a separate download button.
