1D model: cannot edit lowermost layer #166

I usually can't Alt-click on the lowermost layer... perhaps not attaching events to initial layers?

Same in Firefox, Chrome.

Subsequently added layers seem ok.

Weirdly, it sometimes works OK once I've added and/or deleted a few layers. Then add/delete again and it doesn't work again. Always the lowermost layer.

I thought I got this with this commit. https://github.com/kwinkunks/modelr_app/commit/026ed48f785d63fd3da76072fb9090cc7044a72d

Maybe I forgot to deploy to the test server. I will deploy and see if it is still broken

Still broken. I will take another look tonight..

Forgot to push the full bug fix. Seems to work now
