API for scenarios #42

I'd like to be able to share a scenario with someone by sharing a URL like

https://www.modelr.io/scenario?id=sand_wedge

...or something.

This works for the default scenarios, but all of user scenarios are private. It is a bit complicated to save a scenario as public, as each rock and fluid in the model will have it's own unique sharing permissions. @kwinkunks @EvanBianco on whether we keep this open or not
