Fix selection from collections on pages that use "relation" widget #39

Upgraded package dependencies to latest minor versions specified in package.json. Fixed config.yml properties on pages that use the "relation" widget to lookup collection values for selection.

Also some Prettier formatting fixes.

Added .nvmrc file to specify a compatible version of node to use for production builds and local development.
